Removal requests

You can have your username and every record associated with your account removed. You do not need a reason and you will not be asked for one. Send the account name or id to privacy@bloxstash.cc with “removal” in the subject.

Two options, your choice: remove the records entirely, or keep them for the statistics with your name and account id stripped so they are no longer attributable to you.

Send a notice to the same address, from a domain or account that plausibly represents you, describing what should be removed. If you ask for the whole site to stop using your content, it will stop — this is a fan project and it has no interest in a fight with the people who make the game.

Useful to include, though nothing is required beyond identifying the content:

• What specifically should be removed — a page, an item, a category, or everything.
• Who you are and what capacity you act in.
• Whether you want it removed or attributed differently.

• Player removals: acted on as soon as they are read, normally within a few days.
• Rights-holder notices: the disputed content is taken down on receipt, before any discussion of the merits.
• Urgent safety issues (harassment, a record being used to target someone): say so in the subject line and it jumps the queue.

This is run by one person as a hobby, not a company with a support desk, so allow for the odd slow week — but nothing gets ignored.

Removed records are deleted from the database, not hidden behind a flag, and they do not come back on the next update — the source announcement is suppressed too, so a later rebuild cannot resurrect them.

Caches and search engine snapshots are outside the operator’s control and may lag by days. Ask and reindexing will be requested where possible.
